My top 7 healing foods are:

  1. Manuka Honey: Known for its remarkable longevity, Manuka honey has gained popularity as a potent natural remedy. I like to have a half teaspoon of Manuka honey before breakfast. Its sweet flavor makes it a delightful addition to your tea and there is even some research that suggests it may have anti-cancer properties!

  2. Turmeric: This beautiful yellow spice has gotten attention for its numerous health benefits, including anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective properties. Studies have also indicated potential anticancer and cardioprotective effects.

  3. Garlic: Renowned for its potent antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral properties, garlic has been used as a natural remedy for centuries. Research suggests that it can help lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels, thus reducing the overall risk of cardiovascular disease. Incorporating raw garlic into your diet, such as by crushing a few cloves over your salad or combining it with olive oil and lemon juice for a nutritious dressing, can provide numerous health benefits.
